Maybe it's just bad machine translation, but the translation makes it sound like the Shanghai Police were totally awesome tracking down and catching these criminals, when it seems likely that the exact opposite was true, and Chinese authorities were in fact totally incompetent in taking so ridiculously long to deal with blatantly illegal activity that had been going on for years.

Completely agree! What LEPIN did was completely ridiculous, just blatantly copying sets...

...now the LEPIN sets will also increase in their "Collectors Value"...
