Had you considered learning to create these yourself? Patterned parts are a good introduction to LDraw parts authoring.

I could try but I don't really know where to start... Also I'm not sure I have the skills, there are lot of technical words I don't understand.

Actually I checked on some tutorials but I dont find any authoring tool I can use on Mac so if someone has some tools to recommend let me know.
For now I have started to post photos of patterned or stickered Lego parts I own on a Google Drive account so do not hesitate to use these photos or pm me if you need better or different ones.
File names are based on Brickling part IDs. I will add more parts from time to time.
