Yah. IE's emoji suck. Thankfully Edge is better (not that I can use it at work).

Yah. IE's emoji suck. Thankfully Edge is better (not that I can use it at work).

Actually, I wasn't in IE. I was either in Chrome or Firefox. I was under the impression that both of those would use the system emojis. (They certainly do on a Mac.) So it's very odd that Edge would have custom built-in emojis.

Yah. After I posted this I realized that the difference was Windows 10 vs. Windows 8. The Win 10 emoji font is way better.

Actually, I'm in Windows 10. Here's what the emojis look like in my Windows 10 (in both Firefox and Chrome):

And here is what they look like on macOS High Sierra:

While the style is completely different between the two, I don't see a real problem with the thumbs up and OK emojis on Windows 10. But the hand clapping one is really bad.
