I don't know, but you can look at the table of contents. The "Building with LEGO Digital Designer" chapter is 32 pages long, the "Building with LDraw" chapter is 12 pages long, and the "Building with Mecabricks" chapter is 20 pages long. There are also 2 pages on LPub.

Unless it's printed on A3 paper 12 pages seems very short, maybe its only an introduction to LDraw?
And since the AIOI is not mentioned it looks like he went for the hard way
