The main site (including the PT), since it's on Peeron's server may be harder but everything else I can probably change to support

The Parts Tracker does not do any password management. It checks whether or not you are logged in to the Forum, and if not redirects to the forum login page. This was a conscious decision and has the advantage that PT permissions can be managed within the Forum's profile management.
Update:

This isn't going to happen anytime soon since it'll cost me an extra $70 a year which I really can't afford at the moment.
I found a free option. Unfortunately if you're still using Win XP or an old browser it won't work for you. Also, the forums software isn't pulling in stylesheet info so the layout is bad right now.
