I don't see an Android instruction creator as very interesting unless we have a working LDraw editor on that platform. And creation of a practical editor user interface on a touch screen is not an easy task imho...

That is why I do recognize the needs of. Tell me more aboout: "we have a working LDraw editor on that platform".
