Hello,
I can not find the LEGO Speed Champions rims and wheels. Are they not there?
I found the part numbers right below and right above but not the actual ones.

I would appreciate it if someone could answer because I made a car that uses them.

You can find them as Unofficial Parts on the Part Tracker:

http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cg...18978b.dat
http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?s=18976

and the tyre:

I downloaded them and they are not complete, for example the tire has the cener part of it but without the tread.

Thanks anyways, I did not know about the Part Tracker.

Thanks,

That file has a sub file.  When you download parts from the PT, make sure you get all the parts in the "Required (unofficial) subfiles".
I'm glad to see someone wanting to use my parts.

Here's a link to a page with all the needed files:  http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptscan.cgi?q=rim+17

Click on the [DAT] link to download them, and make sure to save them in the correct folder.
Main part files in the ..\parts  -folder and subfiles in the ..\parts\s  -folder.

You might also consider downloading all of the unofficial parts. Read more here.

Please keep in mind that these are still unofficial parts. They might be changed, but I hope not.
I made these a year ago, and they're still in need of a review and certification, before they can be released.
Note also that one of the wheel fronts, the five spoke, is released as an official part.
