Full Version: LPub3D crashes every now and then

Hi Trevor,

Every now and then LPub3D crashes producing a minidump (the last one from this evening) attached in the zip.
This particular crash came whe I changed the margins of an assembly.

Another crash often occurs is when I add a divider in either multistep pages or callouts.

Saving the LDraw file just before that and reloading it keeps it from crashing again.

Perhaps you can look into this?
Thanks Jaco - I'll take a look.

Cheers,
Jaco,

I'm not able to reproduce your issue with the information you provided.

Do you mind capturing and sending your steps to reproduce along with an example model file ?

Many thanks.

Cheers,
I've been experiencing crashes too. I associated them to adding rotation icons. Every time I added a second successive rotation icon (in different steps) the program would crash. If I saved the file between adding the icons everything would be OK. This has only happened (= I have only tried it) in one file. However, I have not (yet) had any notification of a minidump.

I saw there is an update so I'll install and let you know if the issue comes up again.

Yep, will do!
Jetro - I am able to reproduce your issue of crash on successive rotate icon insert.

Thanks !

Jaco, I can reproduce this issue also.

It looks like both your and Jetro's crash issue is coming from the same source. Thanks !

Cheers,
OK, Trevor. Good luck debugging :-)
