I am using MLCad v3.4 and I can't find PF train motor, though there is 9v train motor, where can I find that motor data file ?
I'm afraid that this one was never done

Don't lose hope though - but it may take some time!
Actually... I made it a while back (without the wire)

I just tweaked it a bit and fixed the number. Note that it is a single part rather than allowing the orange bits to move. Probably I would change that in the future.

Why? because AFOL don't like PF train?
No, it's just a rather complex part to do... Fortunately Tim has done most of the work

BTW, Philo (or anyone). If you want to work on this please go ahead. I won't have a chance for quite some time.

I am using Train register theme, is this a reason?
Maybe you have a problem in your parts tree category criteria, but honestly I don't know...

I get a failure downloading this file, see: [
attachment=12597]
I try to import it in Studio and/or PartsDesigner.
Any idea?

Put the ###s0#.dat files in a folder named ‘s’.
For instance, for part 1234.dat, you need to have
<folder>
├ 1234.dat
└ s
└ 1234s01.dat
Other files, like primitives, need to be next to 1234.dat (NOT in a ‘p’ folder).
And if PartDesigner whines about other missing files, you need to quit it and restart, because it caches the contents of the folders and doesn’t update them.
Thank you for the reply, it works!
