I just downloaded and tried to play. I failed.
What I can say: it is a round based game.
I was unable to place my figures on the field, so I think this is not worth to talk about. Also the last release is from 2009! So no improvements over 4 years now!

Any time you see someone post their first message as a vague (or nonsensical) response to some other message without following the forum's real name rules, you need to assume that the post is some kind of preperation for future SPAM. These show up here on forums.ldraw.org ever few weeks.
