You have to use the SUB meta command for that.
Something like

0 !LPUB PLI BEGIN SUB 58121.dat 71
1 16 0 0 110 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 59154.dat
1 72 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 59155.dat
1 25 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 47157.dat
1 0 0 -42 108 0 0 1 -0.707 2.121 0 -0.707 -2.121 0 s\58124s03.dat
0 !LPUB PLI END
