20551 - LEGO Minifigure, Cape Cloth, High Rounded Collar - Matthew Coleman - 2020-04-19

Hey, I would like to request this cloth minifigure collar. I've checked everywhere and could not find the file for this piece.

I don't exactly know how to create this part myself, but I'm open to learning!  Smile
