Plasticant alternate library. - Philippe Hurbain - 2019-06-02

I found this set in a garage sale, and it seemed worth creating a few LDraw parts.... https://photos.app.goo.gl/t3ztqove4GUqPZeg6
... Then I saw that Mikeheide already did that. Unfortunately I was not able to find a valid link to that library. Help ?

And so, with Mike authorization, here is his Plasticant library, to which I added LDCad connectivity and mirroring information.

awesome.

I also had that toy as a child and liked it,
but it never could reach up to my love for Lego Smile
