MLCad.ini 2015-02 update now available - Willy Tschager - 2016-01-02

Hi folks,

I just updated the MLCad.ini file accordingly to the latest LDraw.org parts update 2015-02. The .ini file defines (among other things) the parts available in MLCad's minifigure generator.

I just noticed that there must have happened some copy+paste error during creating this file:
all the comments inside it read
